My father was in the military. My parents lived in Germany after the war and they adopted my sister in
1952. She was an eight year old orphan. My mother went back to Arkansas to have me. My father did not see me until I was 6
months old. Then we were stationed at Fort Smith in Arkansas. I lived in 16 different places from birth through high school.
We lived all over the world but always came back to Arkansas to visit family there. The family farm was a special place -
in many ways.
